WOW! Now I KNEW eating at Burger King wasn't the best choice today, but I've been pretty good so far, the kids were hungry, and momma was busy somewhere else... I figured 'what the heck', I've got the flex points to spare, right?

32 points in a Whopper and a large order of fries. That's a whole week's worth of flex points. I pretty much blew everything I accomplished this week.

I'm making that mental note that I usually make right about now...

Yea, it's always better to look up the info before. I have got to the point where I know many of the points in each fast food place. The whopper jr. is a better choice and then I just have a few of my kids fries to satisfy my ff cravings. Getting a kids meal is also a good way to go. The small hamburger and ff is about 500-600 calories. Drink plenty of water to flush out the sodium and maybe get in some extra exercise.

Dude, I feel your pain. Subway's Spicy Italian sub packs on the pts and breakfast out is really rough. Grocery shopping next week is gonna be a pleasure for me -- finding good deals on low cal/pt items and knowing I'll have 2 wks worth of goodies to -not- overindulge on. I agree with Suzi--lookitup first and you'll not be flexless later. :/
