UPDATE - 04 JUNE 2009 : I'm feeling good about my progress so far. I go into the closet and some clothes are too big for me now. I also feel like it is easier for me to perform my job now - I have much more energy to work with than I did when I first started to diet. Overall I am still uncomfortable, and have a long way to go. Another 15 difficult pounds before I reach my goal - at which point I will still be 10 pounds over what is considered my ideal weight.
