I was on the heart broken, stomach churning, mind racing diet all week. No wonder I lost so much.
132.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Out of something bad always comes soemthing good. Well I know it wasn't in a healthy way but you lost lbs. Your close to your goal.
