ALright. Restarting Diet Goal again for the next 9 weeks. I get this first week off. Then after weigh in next monday, need to start going to the Gym at least twice a week and count calories. Really want to drop this next 5 pounds by July for my birthday. If I can do that, I will finally have gotten past my 140 road block in the last 5 years. Only time I even saw 139 was after hiking with my dad 2 years ago. So I'm getting close to finally seeing under even that! So far I have lost 11 pounds since January. and 15 since October. If i hit 135 I will have reached my first 20lb goal that i had in October. Getting so close. And i've really done well with setting more realistic goals for each section!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
