Sjoe - that scale was truly unkind yesterday..
Like I gained an extra person or something!
I know it's unhealthy but I am going to weigh daily again - to see how the food I ate contributes to bloating / water retention etc...
It's getting out of hand!

I say do the weigh-in the daily... just for yourself (and you can share with me via our secret ways mwahahaha) and just for a week.. just to check how your body fluctuates so you can get an idea? Be gone Satan!!!!!!!

Ya then I will know what I ate and what might have caused bloating / water retention and I would be able to monitor my gain / loss better! Other than having a complete shock once a month cause I gained even though I did not notice at the time
