Another good run today. Week 2 of C25K. It almost seemed too easy so I added some more running. The training had been challenging before mainly due to knee pain. Now that that's gone I almost enjoy it.

Nice work! Now don't overdo it just because you feel good. Don't want to develop any nasty shin splints or anything. How many weeks to the tri?

4 weeks to go. I should be able to get far enough along that I can run most of it.
