December, a lovely time for relaxation, family, friends and great nights out-a nightmare for a diet, lol ive just told myself I will have to take it easy and not stress too much about it, for now I will try and be good to make room for those afternoon cocktails and all the Christmas foods but I will accept that I will probably definitey not lose any weight during this time.
