Its official, I have a sugar problem. How does one get off sugar? Its messing up my diet plan and it sits on my tummy like a tire:(

A little progress, the last time I weighed it was in between 59 and 60 at least now its steady 59,Exercise helps a lot. I think this year I just want to focus on having a more balanced diet. The only thing that helps is having enough healthy snacks at work because I get hungry quickly with the small portions I eat. Weekends are a total problem-my husband loves to eat yummy things so I have to try to be strict in the week, I wonder if I will get past this sugar problem of mine..

What can I say..no exercise or dieting for two months and during the festive season on top of it has led to disastrous results lol. But its a new year time for new goals and to challenge myself more!

Oopsie..I blame this on those oreo snack packs and me letting loose these past two weeks. Pizza!Garlic rolls!Ice cream chocolate oh dear but safe to say im back on track hopefully this will go before my bg day
