Coming off of one particular diet, then going onto another kind of diet which made me miss the fruit and dairy and carbs, now waiting for my current diet to arrive I am finding myself trying to be diligent in logging food and being mindful of what works best for me. Its all trial and error.
On my days off I try to fit in some form of physical exercise or movement and on my work days being a cashier I am very physical for at least 3 out of the 4 hours shift so I consider that movement. I am liking the slower easier more detailed weight loss I see. I will never have that MODEL body but bottom line is who am I trying to impress? My goals are health oriented. Focusing on what goes past my lips not on my hips as they say. Love reading the blogs feel encouraged with the discussion boards. Its a great Day!...
