I lost 7 pounds this month, and today is the last day of November. I was hoping to lose 10# this month, and only lost 7. I lost 8 pounds last month and was short of my goal again by only two pounds. I am still working toward a monthly goal of l0 pounds lost, and maybe in December that will happen. I am not giving up this time. Although I've gotten discouraged in previous times and on previous diets because of large loss of weight quickly caused terrible sagging skin, and I can honestly say that this hasn't happened this time around. Which is a good thing for me. Maybe slow and easy is the way to go, but it seems to take so long and I get impatient for big results. So, I started this adventure on Monday, July 14, 2014 and have lost 38 #'s to date, and that's a little over 7 1/2 pounds per month. I guess that's not too bad. Once my arthritis gets a bit better, maybe walking or some more rigorous exercise will help. Till then I am keeping on keeping on....
