All things considered a 2lb gain is not that bad. This is always the hardest week of the year for me - my birthday through Thanksgiving. Well it is over and time for me to get back to work. I will get back on track. Y'all do better than me.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
