I remember this picture and vaguely remembered the story. Remarkable transformation and an amazing guy. So when I'm sitting around feeling overwhelmed and sorry for myself, I'm just going to have to get over it. This is not an an April Fool's thing, I just realized the timing.

The young man who does these videos also does an exceptional job. Highly recommend his channel. About 12 minutes. Well worth it.

that's a real kick in the 🍑. what the heck is my excuse. I whine and complain oh life is so hard. then you see so many with more setbacks killing it. great post kat.

Some people want to stay alive so badly and become healthier that they do what they need to do even though it is hard, uncomfortable, inconvenient.

One of my sons best friends had brain cancer. That was nearly four years ago. You should see him now. Hit the gym and transformed his body. These stories are real. I know one personally!!
