Been strong on my diet so far. Holding out for one more day!!!! So happy I resisted the cupcakes at work yesterday knowing that I am making Thanksgiving my carb reefed day, followed by a killer workout thanksgiving night..yes I plan to train after thanksgiving dinner since I will have all that energy after my reefed.

I think for me the carb refeeds every 2 weeks will prevent me from feeling deprived which I end up breaking my diet for a longer period of time (for almost 3 weeks!) so lets see how this fatloss goes....

also I don't weigh myself anymore...I cant rely on the scale since I am trying to build lean muscle at the same time. And I like the look of myself using 15lb weights now :D getting lean gains!
