Found today a little harder than yesterday, if i haven't eaten dinner b 6:30pm i am pretty peckish and dinner doesn't seem as fulling. Today's challenge was going food shopping, Picking good options for my family and myself. Feeling excited and nervious about going on a date with hubby this Sunday, picking a meal off a menu is a lot harder than preparing something good at home. I am determined to get rid of this extra weight tho, I will be at my goal weight by the time Hubby's birthday rolls around.
