With my last challenge I lost 6 lbs. & feel I gained *so* much in self-confidence & happiness! Tomorrow I start another one: CELEBRATE HEALTHY!
I have prepared myself to meet the requirements of:
1-Walking daily. On days of desirable weather I will walk my neighborhood routes. Days of undesirable weather I will don attire appropriate or walk laps in the gym.
2-Log all I eat/drink. 6 servings of fruit/veggies & whatever else passes thru my lips! I have prepared & posted on the fridge the months menu & will be shopping today for what's needed.
3-Drink 94 oz.of water. I will put them in the fridge to keep them chilled & ready.
4-Log all physical activity & its duration of time that I do, that promotes living a healthy lifestyle.(I have taken the liberties of "tweaking" this challenge requirement & #3, in order to keep in harmony with my goals).
5-Sleep 6-8 hours each night. I have hung light blocking curtains to the window & removed all things not inducing sleep.
6-Track sodium levels (which I have not done before but have desired to).
I don't know why I haven't mastered these 6 steps yet but *I* will.
I'm eager to begin,again!

Since there are still 5 days left in this month (Nov) I will post another Journal Entry Sunday for the End of the Month Review. And the Core Challenge.

Whoa! Did I put 94 oz or is that just you? If it was me I need to fix that.

Mya, I do things by habit. If I stop doing something for a day or two, it turns into a week of not doing it, then a month later I think omg has it been that long? I have to walk every single day. :) My water goal is 64 ounces a day. More than that and it gets uncomfortable for me. If you can tolerate 94 oz then you know it's good for you. Happy Thanksgiving!

I am learning that I'm the same when it comes to stop doing something for a day! I have no problem drinking that much water other than going to the bathroom ALOT until my system adapts yet once again :) LOL
