I've gotten busy with work and so my eating isn't being as healthy as it should be. I'm not eating and then I'm eating things I shouldn't be like mac N cheese! I walked for 45 mins. back still hurting but the walk helped. I iced my back for a few hours so we'll see if that helps. Good night. I'll weigh in the morning!

Just trying to get caught up w/ folks... so please do not take offense at my questions... but are you still doing Atkins? The above diet calendar is full of stuff you should not be eating, and is likely contributing to cravings, tiredness, etc... just wondering?
