So I skipped breakfast, not intentionally just had a lot doing and the time went by. I had to double up eating in order to meat my daily intake. I applaud myself for pulling through with courage and determination:)

3142 kcal Fat: 154.05g | Prot: 141.94g | Carb: 294.08g.   Lunch: Nestle Supligen, French's Honey Mustard, Ketchup, Now Foods Organic Spirulina Powder, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Costco Hamburger Patty, Target Hamburger Bun, Chocolate Milk (Whole). Dinner: Margarine (Vegetable Oil Spread, 60% Fat, Stick, Tub, Bottle), Hard-Boiled Egg, Sugar Cookies (Includes Vanilla), Whole Milk, Market Basket Crispy Rice Cereal. Snacks/Other: Sugar Syrup or Caramel Coated Popcorn. more...
