Time a week off and to enjoy some Turkey! Busy as hell at school with some final projects coming up and finals in 3 weeks. Almost done!.. at least for this quarter.
172.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
