25.3% body fat! My next mini-goal was 25% - I'd say I'm pretty darn close! Tomorrow is my 34th birthday. Being in shape is the best gift I can give myself. At my goal inches I would actually be around 17% body fat. To meet that I'd have to lose 3 more inches off my waist and hips (each). But right now, I'm celebrating where I'm at - smallest I've ever been! :)
141.2 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1895 kcal Fat: 122.99g | Prot: 137.09g | Carb: 55.39g.   Breakfast: eating right waffles, adams peanut butter, darigold butter, egg, Original Sausage Patty, Coffee, Heavy Whipping Cream. Lunch: bak'n pork skin, chicken drumstick. Dinner: organics low-fat milk, bak'n pork skin, pork loin. Snacks/Other: cauliflower, green beans, garlic. more...
