*1000kcal per day.
*loose 3lbs a week
*workout 5 days a week
*Dinner of soup or salad only with an exception 1 night a month

Recommend reading scoobysworkshop website nutrtion section before you start what sounds like a stsrvation diet... it will help you eat real food, plenty of it and still lose Fat and retain muscle, and stop fighting with those 10 lbs! Good luck!

1000 calories is really low - be careful you don't lose muscle as well as fat. Take care - good luck!

Well ya, that diet was a pipe dream, because along came Thanksgiving and I ballooned out to 1214!! I have not been this heavt since just after the birth of my third child, 12 YEARS AGO!!! Now I have a hot tub party to go to this weekend with a new beau and all my bathingsuits are two pieces!!! Need to loose stomach weight FAST!!!
