Angie, hang it there. Just dedicate to make improvements to your food intake and exercise everyday. We ALL fall off that wagon from time to time. The key is getting back on that wagon. I remember many years ago when I quit smoking. It took me forever (or so it seemed) to leave the tobacco alone. My dad told me to keep on quiting until you get it right.....and I finally got it right. I look at weightloss the same way. I'm going to keep trying until I get it right.
