I will be leaving soon to meet a couple of friends to go jogging out at Dauset Trails. This will be my first time trail running. I have been told that this type of running is better on your joints because the ground is softer than pavement. That, of course, makes sense. My concern though is the uneven terrain. We will have to see how we do. I hope it goes well because I will be back out at Dauset Trails next Sunday morning trying my first 15-K and my second ever trail run. Looking forward to it! :)

Have fun! I don't enjoy trails b/c of the uneven paths, but many ppl love them. I also don't enjoy running where snakes could pop out at any moment. lol I would turn and run back the way I just came and that would be it for me. Good luck with the run.
