Yes its officially day 1 of Induction restart after 6 good days then one emotional day which was yesterday where all I wanted was a healthy dose of Carbs. What was I thinking? I am motivated to stay the course. My new scale arrives this week so I have yet to weigh in for the success I have achieved already. I can feel my body changing already from the water loss. Looking forward to a new week.
