Going today to do ayurvedic massage for some back pain. Last evening did around 1/2 hour of Yoga.

For the following 4 weeks I'm going to have juice fasting 3 times/week. Tried 1 day with around 1 liter of mixed fruit juice and felt full of energy and on top of that lost a bit of weight so will definitely try again without going overboard.

I'm still optimistic about the weight loss result, and mostly I'm looking forward to get rid of the back pain with this massage and with all the sports.
