I'm going on a trip to visit my best friend tomorrow for the weekend and I'm not dieting! I'm going to eat in restaurants and eat everything white I can get my hands on! I have worked so hard on this last 8 lbs that if I gain it all back I'll be crushed, but I really want to let go and have a thought-free, diet-free, fun-filled weekend. My stomach is probably the size of a pea so I'll only get in so much, but what I do get in will be delicious! Hope all my buddies are well!

Since you are eating so little calories your body will keep all of the nutrients you will eat over your guilt free weekend. Some gain is to be expected. Don't go on a scale when you get home right away so you can give your body time to get rid of the water weight, so you don't freak out. That's what I would do. Have fun Susan.
