Scale at work showed 200 so as part of the biggest looser, my weight stayed the same. For this journal I will continue using my scale since I can weigh in more often. I guess I need to wear lighter clothes to work.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
