Slow day at work today - really, really hungry now. Spent most the day trying to find BMI and other (like minded) info. Lost 7llbs in first week (last saturday - yesterday) but dont know how long i can keep that up? Im having under 2000 cals per day and having about 10 litres of water per day (mixture of plain water/green tea and pepsi max!). Is anyone else drinking that amount? I dont know if it is helping or hindering?

10 liters a day?? Seriously? How on earth are you mamaging that... I'd drop the Pepsi max and any sweet drinks if I was you. It's soooo much empty calories which you really do not need. Chewing gum can actually make you feel hungry, the chewing creates saliva and the stomach will expect food which isn't coming. I should really preach about eating some fruit in between meals as I'm not a big fruit eater myself, but it can help you getting over the hunger feeling. Just keep it balanced as there is lots of fruit sugar here... Good luck with you weight loss journey :-)

I just drink when Im hungry! Down to about 6.5litres now - I was just trying to flush out all the bad food the first week but diet has been solid since. I think everyone I have ever met say that chewing gum makes them feel hungry! But I find the opposite, Im on my feet and busy all day so the gum is a good distraction for hunger too! RE the pepsi/diet coke - its the only joy I have left so Im going to hang on until I dont need it then treat them as a weekly treat! Definately need more fruit/veg though! My weight in day is tomorrow so fingers crossed! Thanks for your comments/support!

Fair enough... We're the bad ones as it doesn't seem we're able to let the vino go ;-) So talking about empty calories, these are the ones I really should be without... But bugger me, it's nice 😊. Good luck with the weigh in 👍
