took the dog for a half-hour walk. it took my blood sugar down by 23 points. When the dog goes with me there is a lot of resistance on my arms so they feel like lead right now. time for dinner hoping my weigh in tomorrow is better.

Consider walking the dog after a meal or snack so not to lower your sugar too much! You may be doing this already!

it really does lower my sugar. O have decided that eat first exercise second might be the better choice.

Usually your sugar is highest 1 1/2-2 hours after a meal so that would the best time to go!
