It seems the only thing working for me right now is losing weight. How ironic! Everything else is a big storm of you you know what. I think mercury must still be in retrograde. To all my buddies I say this too shall pass.

146.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb. Still to go: 16.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
