Went to sleep last night before midnight and woke up at 3:45 to urinate, back to bed and slept well with only a few wake ups due to mask farting. Woke up about 7:30 and got up, without the alarm, washed dishes and cooked for a couple of hours put in a loin roast, veggies, etc. made the potato salad and egg salad from the eggs I boiled yesterday....for David's lunch....

I may be doing better on the sleeping, my energy level seems to be much better.

Have a tiny bit of edema in ankle this noon, didn't check in the morning, I need to start weighing again in the morning first thing and then at night and see what is going on with the water weight....been lax.

well, back to work a bit. I am not going to eat the rolled oats any more, but have found that using them in meatloaf is great...it does the fiber and extender (like bread) but adds NO sodium and is great! They are NOT stick to your ribs satisfying as serial like the groats are though.

So cooked enough groats for a week today and put in the fridge....and will continue to eat that for breakfast as it satisfies. Also eating earlier in the morning I get hungry before lunch if I don't eat the groats.
