I go over also, you can do it. Sometimes it's very frustrating. I see you eat Dave's killer bread. To many carbs for me. Is it good? It looks good. I eat SARA LEE DELIGHTFUL. 45calories/ 9 carbs a slice, very good and it comes in oatmeal, white and whole wheat.

Hi Connie. I love Dave's Killer Bread...the sprouted one. Um, I will have to check out Sara Lee because this is 70Kcal a slice but it does have a lot of protein which is why I eat it in the first place.
