Time to get back on the horse. I always said I would never allow myself to go over 220 again and it finally happened after almost 3 years. Injuries have contributed to the lack of working out but no one was putting those late night snacks in my hand. It ends now!
220.7 lb Lost so far: 38.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
