Okay, It seems like here we go again. I am going to attempt this again. I had gotten so busy that I stopped tracking weight, meals, and food and have not lost a pound, and the worse thing is my clothes do not fit. I am puzzled by this new phenomenon. This time I have decide to get a planner and keep track of my time better so that I can exercise, eat right, track my information and still get my school work done and not be tired for work. Wish me luck
