Happy Halloween to all you Ghosts&Goblins out there in MFS land!! Hope you're gouals are being met this spooky week!!!
my weights this week are right on target. above is my actual weight today, with the weeks avg at 129.4#, and 129.9 for the month of October!!
Just for kicks, I compared this yrs monthly avg to last yrs, as I only had 10 months recorded last yr. solo.. last yrs monthly avg. was 161.2#,.. and this yr ... 129.4#..a difference of 31.8# monthly avg less!!! let's just say I'm but a Ghost of my past !!,and very happy!! Hope you are doing well also.. Till Nxt time, have a great Halloween, and a great weekend!
130.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
