Starting gym again on monday, for the nth time. Currently at 260, hoping to lose 10 lbs as a first step. Losing new weight has been very hard, can't connect diet exercise and lifestyle to make it work. Currently doing 1200cal/day and boxing. Very slight success, got down to 255, but then over the weekend with 2 cheat meals up again to 260, I know it's mostly water weight but it's enough to keep me going. Staying strong.
