What a week... a lot of ups and downs. Will tell more when the weekend is here. Totally stressed out. Not logging food tomorrow, I am organizing a potluck at work. Will try to be good though.

You're doing great Jozette! I've gotten rid of the "I'm good", "I'm bad" talk to myself. It can be really condemming. Find something to replace those words. I just say something like, I stayed on plan. I kinda went off plan, I totally flushed my plan down the toilet...hee hee! One day at a time. I totally flushed my plan over a weekend camping trip and put on LBS! I've made a new committment to Atkins and taking this weight off, once and for all. The kick in the pants came with a visit to my nurse practitioner. I just had blood work done and will go back in a week or so to get results. I have been screwing around and not exercising either. I don't want to end up diabetic or on cholesterol meds! I support you. I support me. We're doing great!
