You're doing great Jozette! I've gotten rid of the "I'm good", "I'm bad" talk to myself. It can be really condemming. Find something to replace those words. I just say something like, I stayed on plan. I kinda went off plan, I totally flushed my plan down the toilet...hee hee!
One day at a time. I totally flushed my plan over a weekend camping trip and put on LBS! I've made a new committment to Atkins and taking this weight off, once and for all.
The kick in the pants came with a visit to my nurse practitioner. I just had blood work done and will go back in a week or so to get results. I have been screwing around and not exercising either. I don't want to end up diabetic or on cholesterol meds!
