night shift has put an end to my exercise commitment. i had forgotten how much night shift hurts. it literally makes my bones ache. never mind next week i can get back into a routine. slept well last night which i didnt expect considering i slept most of the day as well. feeling much better today. im pleased with my eating this week. fruit and veg up and white bread down. still had a few sweet treats but i can keep working on that. i have the weekend off so planning a date with dave. good timing as he will be working in echuca next week and sataying there. im sure i will miss him by the time i get to see him again.
