Yeah, so I did a bit too much work yesterday it seems - sometime in the afternoon, my back was killing me. Woke up 3 AM this morning after four whole hours of sleep, barely able to move. May have gone too hard with the sprawl and brawls (okay, I really love that move, no matter what program I'm doing lol), but I probably didn't help things with the 5 hour marathon of putting up Halloween lawn decorations (5 hours on my feet in 80 degree weather = not the brightest idea I ever had). I may be 27, but by the end of that, my knees were screaming bloody murder.
I couldn't do yoga if you paid me right now. I am hoping I'll be better tomorrow though - I really want to do some MMX (Lol I may have not learned my lesson yet). *Crosses fingers* Come on bed rest, tiger balm, and extra strength Excedrin, I need a miracle!
