I'm super excited about this week's results because I finally remembered one really important thing when it comes to me in particular: I eat too little. I've been a little aggravated with my last few weigh-ins, because I was eating a good 1200-1300 calories a day and seeing (in my opinion) minimal weight loss. That -.8 change of last week just depressed me, I won't lie.
Not once have I ever been hungry while going to bed, but I have always eaten like a bird (as I've been told lol) and it seems like, ironically, THAT is why I lose weight at such a terribly slow pace (when I lose weight at all - sometimes I stagnant entirely).
After only weighing in for -.8 lb. last Monday, I told myself it was enough - I was going to eat 1500+ calories a day, just to see if that causes any change whatsoever. And I lost 3 lbs. Logged my weight every day and literally watched as the pounds just melted off over the span of 7 days. And all I did was eat more - of pretty much everything. So I'm going to guess that my body has reached a point where a hard calorie deficit isn't helping as much as it may just be hindering me, possibly because I have more muscle now and must feed that on top of exercise in order to get rid of the excess weight. Whatever it is, I'm stoked ^_^

I had a good Thanksgiving Week. Pretty much ate whatever I wanted, which is not always a good thing, and I definitely didn't eat clean the whole week, but I never overate. It was a rest week for me, so I didn't plan out all my meals and snacks like usual and had to keep adding things just so I could meet 1500 cal a day (that's historically been my issue: when I don't plan, I eat too little, which throws my body into starvation mode and I hold onto the lbs. much harder).
As a major plus: I lost a whole inch and a half both in my waist and hips and 4% of my body fat for the month of November, so I'm super happy. ^_^
