Each time I eat a meal with meat in it, I feel sick after eating it. Doesn't matter if it's chicken, pork or beef. Doesn't matter who's preparing it: myself or someone at a restaurant. I need to kick the meat-protein habit!

How about seafood? Excellent sources of protein & typically very lean also.

I haven't had any seafood in a while, but I haven't had trouble with any in the past. I'll have to get some fish tonight and see how I do. Also, today I'm back on track with drinking more liquids throughout the day. I made a delicious 32 ounce jar of juice this morning (half a stalk of celery, two cucmber and two green apples). I'm also finishing off another 32 ounce jar of water with four tbs of tart cherry concentrate added for taste. That's 64 ounces of liquid before 5 p.m. YES! I have another 32 ounces scheduled for tonight. So far no headache today!
