Just got back from my fu visit with Dr. F. She is absolutely thrilled with my weight loss and all of my blood work was PERFECT!! BP as well, how about 119/79 woohoo! all of my chl. is now lower than perfect. She hugged me and we did the happy dance! Don't go back now till the end of April, 2015. Missed Y and swim yesterday, JB crashed on the bike and we were at NHRMC for 2 days; but I will get back to it. 85 and sunny! So very happy!
