Wow was this a bad week, my fibromyalgia has be acting up which made exercising near impossible, and on the days I wasn't in pain the weather wasn't cooperating. With the damn pain I didn't manage to follow my diet very well and turned to a couple of large portion to comfort me. I am however not going to let these four pounds get me down, I just know that I need to work harder next week and move on from these last week.
