No more eating 400+ calorie frappes after 6:00 PM. Also, you only need one appetizer when you go to a restaurant. No more margaritas or dessert.
227.8 lb Lost so far: 34.3 lb.    Still to go: 57.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

If you really can't do without the scrapped, log it ahead of time in your food diary and build around it. If you can live without it, maybe cut yourself down to once a week or a special occasion, and again, plan ahead, log it and build around it. It's all about moderation and control.
