Good Morning, I've been trying and trying to get myself back on track. Ever since returning from my quilt retreat, I've had such a hard time. I used to be on a good healthy regiment, and then some friendship issues came to light that really effected me deeply. I've been trying to regroup emotionally and get back to what is most important...taking care of myself.

So here I am, feeling like I'm starting all over again from the beginning, trying to stay motivated. The rainy weather has changed which is making it harder to go for walks, but glorious for our soils. I must get outside, I know how much walking helps, physically, and with emotions too. Life often throws you curves, and I just need to get back on the horse and keep riding. Have a good day buddies, K.
