Well I made the mini-goal of taking in more water. (Spent a lot of time running to the bathroom because of it too, but hey, extra walking right?) I managed to get through the day without a Pepsi. (YAY!) But I did not make my walk. I sat down to do something, and thought I would go after dinner, and realized just how quickly it's getting dark these days. I have to come in to work early tomorrow, but maybe on Thursday I can get up early, take my walk, and then come back home to get ready for work. When is that darned time change? Another thought is, my daughter has an appointment from 4-5 tonight, and if I'm really disciplined I can go directly home from it, change, and get my walk in. Time will tell.

I also managed to stay under my RDI for calories, despite cravings going off the damned charts last night. I think PMS is striking.
