The weekends are always tough. I find that I either gain a pound or am pretty steady at where I am at for the weekend. I know there isn't as much structure during the weekend for me as during the week, maybe I need to fix that.

That being said, I still had a great weekend. I was able to go tailgating with my wife, brother, and his wife. It's the first time in about 10 years that I have been out doing that, and how do I miss it. It was relatively a good day, food wise. My wife and I made some stuffed jalapenos, and some taco poppers. Used ground turkey for the taco meat, chicken sausage and fat free cream cheese for the jalapenos, and baked everything. There was a large amount of alcohol being consumed, and I'm sure that had a lot to do with it, but I'm really pleased with the gaining of only one pound. I am sure though, that with how my weekdays are regimented, I will have that pound back in a couple of days.

Yesterday I spent most of the day in our truck. We had to move a cabinet from my wife's aunt's house to her mom's. The only thing that gave us a problem here is that the cabinet was too big for my truck bed with the cap on it, so I had to remove it, then go back and pick it up. Not fun man. But had to be done. Then once we got home, I had to go into work. I don't mind the second job at all. Really glad to have one that I enjoy.

So, that being said, I'm pretty tired today. Can't wait for tonight to come, because I do get to relax just a little bit, however it will have to be after I do my exercising. Hope everyone had a great week, and have a wonderful Monday. It should be a great day today.
