Woke up this morning feeling really fat! After over eating yesterday I realise that my goal caleries should be at least as low as 1200. I was talking to my friend from uni yesterday and she says that she is on a max of 800 cals per day and she's taller than me and goes to the gym... she's also a size 8. Time to change tact I think! I will try 1200 and see how I go, also I will aim to do some exercise which I also said I would do for one of my classes self care, I plan to go for a jog around the park today.

It is prob ging to be a bit hard to keep my calls down low cause i'm writing my assignments and sometimes need sugar to concerntrate. Should buy some dried cranberries or fruit and nut mix...

I still think it's unhealthy to limit your cals this much, especially when you've only been counting your cals for 3 days and day 2 was blown out completely! Give it 2-3 weeks to see how you're doing. :)
