Woke up this morning feeling really fat! After over eating yesterday I realise that my goal caleries should be at least as low as 1200. I was talking to my friend from uni yesterday and she says that she is on a max of 800 cals per day and she's taller than me and goes to the gym... she's also a size 8. Time to change tact I think! I will try 1200 and see how I go, also I will aim to do some exercise which I also said I would do for one of my classes self care, I plan to go for a jog around the park today.
It is prob ging to be a bit hard to keep my calls down low cause i'm writing my assignments and sometimes need sugar to concerntrate. Should buy some dried cranberries or fruit and nut mix...

Eeek~! Had a blow out today! Shouldn't have had the ice cream, it tipped me over... think I forgot to think before I ate cause of the wine, and wouldn't have done it but Jay got it out of the freezer - his fault! ;)

I'm really hoping that I can get on and maintain weight loss to my goal weight!! I find it really hard lately to get below 60kg.
