Taught my first class today for 6 fellow photographers. This class was based off a wonderful sales tool called ProSelect. Feeling invigorated. Got up early this morning to make a crock pot full of a meat (turkey) and veggies spaghetti sauce. Had regular pasta for our family but also made quinoa pasta elbows for those of us dieting. Wow! House smelled wonderful!

Students satisfied and I was pumped that I helped some of my fellow photographers get their sales tool up and ready for their upcoming client investment sessions!

Bruise on my chest/arm from shooting a 20 gauge shotgun yesterday for the first time is more painful than yesterday. OUCH! Still would do it again though. The guys that I shot with had a padding on the butt of the gun. Since I rented mine that didn't have one took the brunt of the recoil. Shooting at the flying clay's was way too much fun.

Ok, back to the spaghetti sauce in the crock pot. Delicious. Lots of fresh veggies. Only thing I forgot was the Parmesan. Look at it as calories saved! Keep on keeping on getting healthier.

Had an awesome surprise this morning on my scale, but I officially weigh in on Thursday's so will have to see if it stays! OMGosh, I'm excited. Have plateaued, but looks like I'll be down! Night FS friends and family!

CRAP! Just logged my food for today. Went WAY over on my Carbs. Quinoa did it, but not too worried as this pasta doesn't raise your blood sugar. I usually plan what I want to eat for dinner and schedule everything else around that. Didn't do that today as I was way too busy.

When I am in the kitchen at breakfast, I plan my lunch and dinner. I even write down what I will eat. The only problem I encountered with that, is once I saw what I had written down and I thought I had eaten it already. I was low in calories that day. lol

I make my meal plan a day ahead so I always know how much calories will I take in and not go overboard. It's fun for me to see what I can eat and look forward too.
