Yesterday I didnt go to the gym and I should have. I had some stomach thing yesterday and well it wasnt good, but I know i have lost some "weight" if you catch my drift. Anyways back at it again today! Looking forward to working the biceps today. Gonna do some extra on the treadmill to make up for yesterday, still know I cant hit my three pound goal for my saturday weigh in.
